Are your appliances genuine and warranted?

Yes. Every unit leaves the shop with its serial number recorded and the warranty card stamped and dated. Keep the card and your receipt — you need both for any claim.

How do I actually buy? Do I have to come to the shop?

Accepted Answer

No. Tap Buy Now on any product and it opens WhatsApp with the item already filled in. We confirm stock, send photos of the exact unit, agree a price and arrange delivery. You can also walk in and buy over the counter.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash. For deliveries inside Nairobi you can pay a deposit and settle the balance when the appliance reaches you.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free within Fedha, Nyayo, Pipeline, Tassia, Donholm, Umoja and Imara Daima for orders above KSh 20,000. Other Nairobi areas and upcountry deliveries are quoted before you pay — no surprises.

Question 6

Do you install what you sell?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Gas cookers, washing machines and water dispensers are installed and tested by our team. Split air conditioners need a site visit first, and installation is quoted separately from the unit price.

Question 7

What happens if the appliance develops a fault?

Message us on WhatsApp with your receipt number. Within the warranty period we log the claim with Haier's service partner and arrange collection. Outside warranty we still advise you and point you to a trusted technician.

Question 8

Can I return an appliance?

Accepted Answer

Unopened, undamaged items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days with the receipt. Once a unit has been installed or used it can only be handled as a warranty repair, not a return.

Are the prices on this site final?

They are current shop prices and a fair guide, but stock and promotions move. Always confirm on WhatsApp — sometimes we can do better than the listed price on a cash purchase.
