BrianHub Electronics is a retailer of home and kitchen appliances based at ICD Road Atlantis Business Park, Fedha, Embakasi, Nairobi, Kenya. For anything in this policy, contact us on 0796 578 099 or briohnzioka@gmail.com.
What information we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number, optional email address, the appliance you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp and phone: whatever you choose to tell us in the conversation. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
- Purchases: the name, delivery address and phone number needed to deliver the appliance, plus the serial number and warranty details of what you bought.
We do not run advertising trackers on this website, and we do not collect payment card details here — payments happen by M-Pesa, bank transfer or cash.
How we use your information
Only to reply to your enquiry, quote and deliver your order, arrange installation, and support a warranty claim if one arises. We may contact you about an order you placed. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who can see your data
Enquiries sent through this website are stored in our secure hosting provider's database and are readable only by BrianHub Electronics staff. Where a warranty claim requires it, we share your name, phone number and the appliance serial number with the Haier-authorised service partner. Delivery riders receive only your name, phone number and address.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become sales are deleted within 12 months. Sales and warranty records are kept for the length of the warranty plus the period required by Kenyan tax law.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to briohnzioka@gmail.com or call 0796 578 099 and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only the technical storage needed to load pages and to protect the contact form from automated spam. There are no advertising or profiling cookies.
